This is a flat plan for my magazine contents page. As you can see from the previous post the plan has some similarities compared with my style model.

Style Model - Contents Page

 

This is the style model for my contents page, as you can see it will include lots of different images, with the main story as the main image. The contents page will be double spread.

Reader Profile

This is the reader profile for my magazine. This is what would I would expect my 'typical' reader to look like and like. This links with the genre of my magazine.

Research - Q Magazine

The magazine usually includes an extensive review section, new releases, music compilations, film and live concert, radio and television reviews. Sometimes promotional gifts are given away in the magazine. Every issue of Q has a different message on the spine. Readers then try to work out what the message has to do with the contents of the magazine. The magazine has a close relationship with the Glastonbury festival. As well as being published as a magazine, Q is now online and has their own website which has similar things that the magazine includes. They can also be found on social network sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and YouTube.
